2-2-26: SUSPENSION OR REVOCATION OF LICENSE:

The president of the board of trustees may suspend for not more than thirty (30) days, as per 235 Illinois Compiled Statutes 5/4-4, or revoke for cause, any liquor dealer's license for any violation of any provisions pertaining to the sale of alcoholic liquor, as provided and in the manner provided in 235 Illinois Compiled Statutes 5/4-4.
