Entertainment, including any entertainment not suitable for all ages as determined by the liquor commissioner, personal appearances of amateur or professional entertainers or the showing of commercially produced motion pictures, shall be prohibited on all premises wherein alcoholic beverages are sold. Provided, however, that nothing contained herein shall prohibit amateur or professional singing or theatrical performances, the use of musical instruments by amateur or professional entertainers, or the use of sound equipment, or video equipment, or patron dancing.
