2-2-16: CONSUMPTION ON PREMISES:
It shall be unlawful for anyone not having a license providing for consumption on the premises where sold to offer for sale or sell any alcoholic liquor for consumption on the premises or to permit the same to be consumed on the premises where sold. (Ord., 10-23-1995; amd. 2009 Code)
