2-2-12: NUMBER OF LICENSES MAY BE RESTRICTED; EXTENDED HOURS:

In the interest of strict regulation of the sale of intoxicating liquor in the village and all matters related to the sale of intoxicating liquor, the board of trustees reserves the right to limit the number of specific licenses and extend or further restrict the hours for the sale of alcoholic liquor specified in this chapter on special occasions.
