2-2-3: LICENSE AND COMPLIANCE REQUIRED:
It shall be unlawful to sell or offer for sale at retail in the village any alcoholic liquor without having a retail liquor dealer's license or in violation of the terms of such license. (Ord., 10-23-1995)
