Any person violating this chapter shall, upon conviction, be punished by a fine as provided in section 1-4-1 of this code. (Ord. 2012-001,3-26-2012be punished by a fine of not less than fifty dollars ($50.00) nor more than seven hundred fifty dollars ($750.00) for each offense, and a separate offense shall be deemed committed on each date during or on which such violation is permitted to exist.
A. Any person violating any conditions of this chapter shall reimburse the Village of Scales Mound for all cost borne by the Village to enforce the conditions of this chapter including but not limited to the abatement of the nuisance.
B. In addition to all other costs, any person who violates any provision of this chapter may be punished by a fine as set forth in Title 1 Chapter 4 of the Village Code. Each day during any portion of which any violation of any provision of this Chapter is committed, continued or permitted by any such person shall be deemed a separate offense.
C. The remedies contained in this section are cumulative and are in addition to all other remedies available to the Town. (Ord., 3-31-2008; amd. 2009 Code; Ord., 9-30-2019)
