A. Any person violating any conditions of this permit shall reimburse the Village of Scales Mound for all cost borne by the Village to enforce the conditions of this chapter.
B. In addition to all other costs, any person who violates any provision of this chapter may be punished by a fine as set forth in Title 1 Chapter 4 of the Village Code. Each day during any portion of which any violation of any provision of this chapter is committed, continued or permitted by any such person shall be deemed a separate offense.
C. The remedies contained in this section are cumulative and are in addition to all other remedies available to the Village. (Ord. 2018-005, 10-29-2018)
