9-2-4: AMENDMENTS:

For the purpose of promoting the public health, safety, and general welfare, the village board may from time to time amend the regulations imposed by this title. Public hearings on all proposed amendments shall be held by the village board in the manner prescribed by law. (Ord., 12-27-2007)
