A. Weapons And Explosives: No person shall fire or discharge any cannon, gun, fowling piece, pistol or firearms of any description or fire, explode, or set off anything containing powder or other explosive substance within the village limits. (Ord. 22, 9-11-1885; amd. 2009 Code)
B. Fireworks: Firecrackers are prohibited within the village limits before July 1 and after July 7. Any person violating this subsection shall be subject to a fine as provided in section 1-4-1 of this code, plus costs. (Per minutes dated 5-26-1952; amd. 2009 Code)
