3-5-6: COMPOST BIN CONSTRUCTION:
Each compost bin shall be no larger than three feet (3') to five feet (5') wide and no taller than five feet (5') high, and shall be constructed of woven galvanized wire, block, or brick; or shall be a prefabricated wooden bin, with sufficient openings to allow adequate air movement. (2009 Code)
