3-5-5: LOCATION:
A compost pile shall not be located less than twenty five feet (25') from any neighboring dwelling unit, less than eight feet (8') from any rear or side lot line or within any required front yard as defined in the village zoning regulations in title 8 of this code. (2009 Code)
