§ 53.04 MEETINGS AND QUORUMS.
   (A)   Meetings shall be held at least once a month on the fourth Tuesday at 10:00 a.m. Meetings shall be subject to the Open Meetings Act.
   (B)   A quorum shall consist of three members. An affirmative vote of the majority of current appointed voting members shall be necessary to pass any motion.
