The Parks and Public Works Committee shall consist of six members in total, as appointed by the Mayor of the city with the consent of City Council. One of the six members shall be a Council member representative as non-voting member. The other five members of the Committee shall be residents of the city. The members of the Parks and Public Works Committee may be assisted in their official responsibilities by staff members of the city, including the City Manager, the Superintendent of the Public Works Department, and other appropriate city staff members.
