§ 131.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person who violates any provision of this chapter for which no penalty is otherwise provided shall be subject to the penalty provided in Chapter 13 of this code.
   (B)   (1)   Minors who violate any of the provisions of §§ 131.01 through 131.03 shall be dealt with under the provisions of the California Welfare and Institutions Code.
      (2)   Any parent, guardian or other adult person who violates §§ 131.01 through 131.03 shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and punished according to Chapter 13 of this code.
