§ 131.01 MINORS IN PUBLIC PLACES AFTER 10:00 P.M. PROHIBITED.
   (A)   It is unlawful for any person under the age of 18 years to play, loiter or remain on or about the public streets, highways, alleys, parks, playgrounds, public places, public buildings, place of amusement and entertainment, vacant lots or other unsupervised places, or to be in any automobile parked upon any public street or in motion thereon, between the hours of 10:00 p.m. and the time of sunrise of the following day, when not accompanied by his parent or legal guardian having legal custody and control of such person, or spouse of such person, over 21 years of age.
   (B)   This section does not apply to a minor who is:
      (1)   Accompanied by a parent, guardian, or custodian;
      (2)   Accompanied by an adult specified by a parent, guardian, or custodian;
      (3)   Carrying out an errand or other lawful activity as directed by a parent, guardian, or custodian; or
      (4)   Participating in, going to, or returning from:
         (a)   Lawful employment;
         (b)   A lawful athletic, educational, entertainment, religious, or social event; or
         (c)   Interstate travel.
