(A) All traffic signs, markers, signals and devices which were erected by the county prior to May 15, 1957, the date of the incorporation of the city, are hereby adopted as the official traffic signs, markers, signals and devices of the city and all of them are deemed to have been erected pursuant to the authority contained in this subchapter and a violation of the same shall be a violation of this subchapter.
(B) Violation of this section shall be deemed an infraction.
