(A) Whenever any ordinance of the city designates and describes any street or portion thereof upon which angle parking shall be permitted, the City Traffic Engineer shall mark or sign such street indi-cating the angle at which vehicles shall be parked.
(B) When signs or markings are in place indicating angle parking, no person shall park or stand a vehicle other than at the angle to the curb or edge of the roadway indicated by such signs or markings.
