§ 150.003 BUILDING CODE REVISIONS.
   (A)   Section 303(a)(1.) of the Building Code is hereby revised to read as follows:
      1.   The work described conforms to the city's general plan, any specific plan applicable, and all other pertinent state statutes, city ordinance or resolutions. The building official is empowered to impose conditions on the issuance of the permit to insure such compliance.

   (B)   (1)   Section 301(b)2 of the Building Code is revised to read as follows:
         (a)   Wire fences not over twelve feet (12') in height.
         (b)   Concrete and masonry walls or fences not over three feet (3') in height.
         (c)   Wood and all other fences not itemized in 2(a) and 2(b) of this Section, not over six feet (6') in height.
      (2)   Except as amended above, § 301(b)2 remains in full force and effect.

   (C)   Sections 610, 810, 1010, and 1214 of the Building Code are revised to read as follows:
   Special Requirements. The location of structures next to existing oil or gas wells and the drilling of new wells adjacent to existing structures or streets shall be governed by City Code Chapter 117, Section 117.040.

   (D)   Section 3304 of the Uniform Building Code is hereby revised to allow dead bolt locks which require use of a key or tool on the inside and outside, on exit doors in single-family residences.
