§ 52.16 FAILURE OF OWNER TO PERFORM WORK.
   At the expiration of ten days the Community Development Director shall make, or cause to be made, the connections required to be made by the provisions of this subchapter if the work has not been commenced and diligently prosecuted in good faith by the owner within the time permitted by § 52.15 of this subchapter.
