113.10 RULES FOR IMPLEMENTING SECTIONS 113.03 THROUGH 113.09.

Rules for the implementation of Sections 113.03 through 113.09, apply to the City Commission or any public body within the purview of these sections; except that no public body may adopt rules in conflict with rules adopted by the City Commission.
