(a) Informal meetings of the City Commission shall be held 1/2 hour before regular meetings in the City Commission Room of the City Building and may be held at any other time or place as called by the President, any 2 members of the City Commission, or the City Manager, upon written notice given as set forth in Section 113.08.
(b) Informal meetings may also be held immediately following any regular or special meeting of the City Commission upon call by the President, 2 members of the City Commission, or the City Manager. (Ord. 7901. Passed 12-1-75)
