(a) "Informal meeting" means a meeting of the City Commission where no formal action of any kind is taken.
(b) "Meeting" means any prearranged discussion of the public business of the public body by a majority of its members.
(c) "Public body" means the City Commission and any board, commission, committee, or similar decision-making body of the City.
(d) "Regular meeting" means a meeting of the City Commission where communications are read and where resolutions, ordinances, or rules are adopted or formal action of any kind is taken.
(e) "Special meeting" means a regular meeting of the City Commission specially called as hereinafter set forth.
