939.49 POWER TO DISCONTINUE WATER SERVICE FOR VIOLATION.

The City Manager shall have authority to enforce the provisions of an emergency rule or regulation as provided for in Section 939.47 by discontinuance of water service in the event of violation hereof. (1980 Code 51.77)
