939.48 EMERGENCY RULES AND REGULATIONS TO BE IN WRITING.

Emergency rules and regulations for the temporary curtailment of the use of water as authorized by Section 939.47 shall be reduced to writing by the City Manager, released for publication by the news media, and shall go into effect at the time stated therein.
