6 Ord. MC-1415, 07-20-2015 added "Chapter 9.97 Psychoactive Bath Salts, Psychoactive Herbal Incense and Other Synthetic Drugs" in such a way that might have supplanted "Chapter 9.97 Regulation of Registered Sex Offenders," which was not the intention of the Mayor and Common Council. On advice from the City Attorney, Chapter 9.97 remains "Regulation of Registered Sex Offenders" and "Psychoactive Bath Salts, Psychoactive Herbal Incense and Other Synthetic Drugs" has been moved to Chapter 9.98. This non-substantive change of Chapter number is the only change from Ord. MC-1415.
