§ 17.02.004 PARKING; REMOVAL OF VEHICLES.
   The San Benito County Sheriffs Office may remove or cause to be removed:
   (A)   Any vehicle that has been parked or left standing upon a street or road or highway for 72 or more consecutive hours; or
   (B)   Any vehicle found to be in violation of §§ 17.02.001, 17.02.002, or 17.02.003.
