No person shall stop, park, or leave standing any vehicle, whether attended or unattended, in any of the following places at any time, and the County Engineer is directed to place and maintain appropriate signs or curb markings giving notice of this regulation, and that vehicles in violation of such regulations are subject to removal:
(A) In any place that obstructs or encroaches upon the triangular area required to be kept clear for visibility, as set forth in San Benito County Code § 25.29.013 "Unobstructed Sight Distance, Fences, Walls and Plantings;" and
(B) In any manner which will obstruct the view of drivers in vehicles approaching an intersection of two roads or the intersection of a road and a driveway
