SEC. 428. DIVISADERO STREET NCT AFFORDABLE HOUSING FEE AND REQUIREMENTS.

Sections 428.1 through 428.5, hereafter referred to as Sections 428.1et seq., set forth the requirements and procedures for the Divisadero Street Neighborhood Commercial Transit District Affordable Housing Fee.
