§ 154.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99.
   (B)   Any person who shall violate, or take part or assist in, any violation of any provision of §§ 154.01 through 154.04 shall, upon conviction, be fined not more than $100 for each offense, and each day such violation exists shall constitute a separate offense.

   (C)   Any person found guilty of violating §§ 154.15 through 154.25 or any provision thereof, shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be fined not more than $5, and each day such violation exists shall constitute a separate offense and shall be punished as such hereunder. In addition to such penalties, the Enforcement Officer, with the approval of the Planning and Zoning Commission, shall be authorized to revoke or suspend any license whenever the licensee has violated any provision of §§ 154.15 through 154.25 or the regulations thereunder. The Enforcement Officer, with the approval of the Planning and Zoning Commission, may on such conditions as may be just, restore any license when the violation is remedied and compliance resumed.
