§ 154.25 PERMITS NOT TRANSFERABLE.
   No permit granted hereunder shall be transferable. Every person holding such permit shall, within five days of selling, transferring or otherwise disposing of a trailer, file a written notice thereof with the Town Clerk designating the name and address of the transferee of the trailer.
