§ 154.15 PURPOSE.
   The purpose of this subchapter is to promote the health, sanitation and welfare of the town, to reduce fire hazards, to mitigate congestion and to promote equitable distribution of the burden of supporting town services as between occupants of trailers and of permanent dwellings.
