343.11 INFLUENCE OF ALCOHOL OR DRUGS.

No person who is under the influence of alcohol or any drug of abuse shall operate or be in actual physical control of any motor vehicle in a shopping center or upon any public grounds. For the purpose of this section "under the influence of alcohol or any drug of abuse" shall be as determined by those standards and specifications spelled out in Section 333.01.
