185.07 SUSPENSION OR REVOCATION OF CITY LICENSES.

If the Mayor, after hearing held by him or for him, shall find that any person has willfully avoided payment of the lodging accommodations excise taxes, then the Mayor may suspend or revoke all City licenses held by the tax evader.
