153.02 HOUSING INSPECTOR/SANITARIAN.
     (a)    The position of Director of Environmental Health /Sanitarian shall be and hereby is created within the Health Department.
   (b)   The position of Director of Housing/Housing Inspector shall be and hereby is created within the Health Department.
   (c)   The appointing authority shall be the Board of Health and the positions shall be in the unclassified civil service.
