151.03 JOINT FIRE DISTRICT CREATED.

(a) There is hereby created a joint fire district pursuant to Ohio R.C. 505.371, between the City of Salem, Ohio and the Township of Perry, Ohio. The joint fire district so created shall be comprised of all of the territory of the City of Salem, Ohio and the Township of Perry, Ohio.

(b) The joint fire district created in subsection (a) hereof shall be named the Quaker Community Fire District.
