153.03 ENFORCEMENT OF TOBACCO RELATED ORDINANCES.

The Board of Health is hereby authorized to enforce Salem Codified Ordinance Section 537.18 through such Health Department personnel as they designate. Such enforcement shall be concurrent with any other local, State, or Federal law enforcement agency.
