Under the provisions of Ohio R.C. 2923.35(d)(3) and 2933.43(d)(4) and related sections, there is hereby established a special revenue fund of the City, entitled Law Enforcement Trust Fund, No. 203.
Under the provisions of Ohio R.C. 2925.03(G), there is hereby established a special revenue fund of the City, entitled Drug Law Enforcement Trust Fund, No. 204.
Under the provisions of Ohio R.C. 2933.41, any property or item that is being lawfully held as unclaimed property may be disposed of pursuant to Ohio R.C. 2933.41 and the proceeds shall be directed to one of the funds created herein.
