Whoever violated any provision of this chapter or fails to comply therewith, or violates or fails to comply with any order thereunder, from which no successful appeal has been taken shall be guilty of a minor misdemeanor and shall be fined not more than one hundred fifty dollars ($150.00) per violation. A second violation, or any subsequent violation thereafter, by the same owner at the same structure shall be guilty of an unspecified misdemeanor and shall be fined not more than two hundred fifty dollars ($250.00) per violation. A separate offense shall be deemed committed for each day that the said violation exists. Penalties for violations under this section shall not be construed as a limitation to any other remedies available to the City. (Ord. 201201-63. Passed 12-1-20.)
