1335.08 APPEALS.

Any Owner who is served a notice of vacant Structure registration may, within ten (10) calendar days of the notice, apply for an appeal of the findings of the Housing Officer by applying to the Board of Housing Appeals as specified in the ordinances of the City of Salem.
