145.02 POSTING SIGNS NOTIFYING PUBLIC OF ZONING CHANGES.

The Planning and Zoning Officer is required to post signs on the affected property for seven days prior to the Planning Commission Hearing on zone changes for such property. Such signs shall indicate the nature of the proposed zone change, and the date, time and location of the hearing.
