137.04 EMPLOYMENT OF CLERICAL PERSONNEL.

   (a)   The Law Director is empowered to employ such clerical personnel as the Law Director deems advisable.

   (b)   The duties and duration of employment of any clerical personnel shall be such as are determined by the Law Director, but in no event shall the employment extend for a period exceeding the term of office of the Law Director.
