131.01 MARRIAGE FEES.
   (a)    The Mayor shall pay in to the Municipal treasury all funds gratuitously received by him for the solemnization of marriages.
   (b)    The Auditor shall pay over to the Mayor on the first business day of each month, those funds deposited to the City treasury.
