(a) "Commercial Indoor Shooting Range" means any indoor area within established Commercial or Industrial zoned areas which is established for the purpose of pistol and/or rifle shooting, whether or not said shooting range is operated for profit and whether or not existing at the time of passage of this ordinance or established thereafter.
(b) "Firearms" means any weapon expelling a projectile(s) by the action of an explosive. (Ord. 140401-20. Passed 6-3-14.)
