121.05 CITY CHAPLAIN.
   (a)    The position of City Chaplain is hereby established for the City.
   (b)    The appointment of City Chaplain shall be made by Council.
   (c)    There shall be no compensation paid to the City Chaplain and the Chaplain's services shall be on a voluntary or an as needed basis.
