A taxicab and/or transit vehicle operator license may be transferred upon application filed with the Planning & Zoning Officer by the person, firm or corporation to whom it is proposed to be transferred, provided however that such person, firm or corporation shall meet and comply with all the requirements as set forth in this Chapter with the exception of taxicab and/or transit operator fees which shall be paid at the time of renewal or new application.
