(a) Any taxicab and/or transit vehicle operator or driver license holder whose license is denied or suspended, may appeal such suspension or denial to the Board of Control.
(b) Appeals shall be filed with the Planning & Zoning Officer within 20 (twenty) days from the date of notification of denial or suspension by a written notice of appeal and stating grounds thereon. A nonrefundable fee of fifty dollars ($50.00) shall be paid to the City of Salem for said appeal upon filing. The Board of Control shall fix a reasonable time for the hearing of the appeal.
