121.01 REGULAR MEETINGS.

Council shall convene in regular sessions at 7:00 p.m. on the first and third Tuesdays of each month. Whenever a regular meeting of Council falls on a legal holiday, Council shall meet in regular session on the day following and at the hour herein designated.
