On or before January 1 of each calendar year, every taxicab and transit vehicle operator shall complete a City of Salem Contractor/Subcontractor/1099 Registration Form as detailed in Chapter 1145
of the Codified Ordinances and pay the fee as detailed in Section 1145.03
. In addition a fee of twenty-five dollars ($25.00) shall be paid for each taxicab and/or transit vehicle operated by it for the ensuing year. Such fees shall be in addition to the fee required to be paid on motor vehicles under the laws of the State of Ohio.
