Whoever violates any of the provisions of this chapter is guilty of a misdemeanor of the First Degree and shall not be fined more than one hundred and fifty dollars ($150.00) for each offense, said fine shall not be reduced or suspended. Each day a violation occurs or continues to occur shall constitute a separate offense. In addition to the penalties set forth herein, the license for the Sweepstakes Terminal Café shall be permanently revoked.
