(a) The Salem City Fire Department shall make all fire safety inspections relative the opening of the Sweepstakes Terminal Café and at normal intervals during the operation of said Sweepstakes Terminal Café. The Salem City Police Department shall make all criminal background investigations and any inspections relative to Police Department requirements.
(b) The Sweepstakes Terminal Café shall be open to inspection and viewing of operations by the Zoning Officer, Fire, Police and Health department personnel, and/or any other city official, at all times that said café is open for business. No operator shall fail to immediately permit entry to any such officials. Failure to comply shall be grounds for suspension or revocation of the Sweepstakes Terminal Café License.
